24-Hour Free Cancellation
You may cancel any booking completely free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. No questions asked, no cancellation fees, and no penalties — your full payment will be refunded.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, contact us via phone at (341) 758-0216, WhatsApp at the same number, or email us at booking@allaspectelitetransportationservices.com. Please have your booking reference number ready for faster processing.
Late Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total trip cost. This covers the cost of chauffeur preparation, vehicle reservation, and any pre-arranged logistics.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up at the designated pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and the full trip amount may be charged.
Refund Process
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Credit/debit card refunds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Refund Confirmation
Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address on file with your booking. The email will include the refund amount, reference number, and estimated arrival date.
Partial Refunds
In cases of late cancellation where a partial fee applies, the remaining balance after the cancellation fee is deducted will be refunded using the same process and timeline described above.
Booking Modifications
Free Modifications
You may modify your booking — including pickup time, location, vehicle type, or passenger count — at no charge, provided the modification is requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.
Last-Minute Changes
Modifications requested within 24 hours of pickup are subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the change. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
Weather & Emergencies
In the event of severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events that make travel unsafe or impossible, All Aspect Elite Transportation will offer a full refund or free rescheduling at no penalty, regardless of the cancellation window.
Flight Cancellations
For airport transfer bookings, if your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed, please notify us as soon as possible. We will reschedule your pickup at no additional charge. We track all flights in real time and will proactively adjust your pickup time for delays.
Medical Emergencies
We understand that life is unpredictable. In the case of a documented medical emergency, we will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and work with you to find a fair resolution.
